Anthony Oliver
President/CEO
Anthony Oliver's background includes Staples-The Office Superstore, Party City/Party America, QuickHealth
and now Smart Buys - to the level of Sr. VP of Store Operations with responsibilities that encompassed up
to 240+ stores nation-wide. In each of these operations, he has been an integral leader and contributor
to growing the organization to a national presence and resolving significant operational deficiencies. He
is enthusiastic, a motivator, and has clarity of thought and vision. He is experienced working effectively
with Sr. Management/Board to develop vision and then take it and translate it into reality.
More than any single attribute it is Mr. Oliver's ability to build, motivate, and lead a coherent, focused, and committed ”team”. His record is that of clearly communicated standards and expectations, moving teams willingly and successfully to achieve the objectives and more.

Randell Wingate
Chief Operations Officer
Randy Wingate is the Chief Operations Officer for VenueSoft and has extensive and widespread experience in both
the field of law enforcement and military operations. He has over fifteen years of service with the Oakland
Police Department, where he has been a member of the Department's SWAT team for the past 10 years. During his law
enforcement career, Randy has supervised, planned and participated in a wide-range of tactical operations and has
extensive experience in the field of critical incident management. In addition to his role at VenueSoft, Randy
serves as a consultant to foreign governments in the areas of dignitary protection, infrastructure protection,
and critical incident management.
Steven Archibald
Chief Technology Officer
Steven Archibald is the Chief Technology Officer and has over 30 years experience developing commercial software
applications, with the last seven years using Microsoft's .NET technology. Steven's diverse expertise includes
experience in Business Process Analysis and Design, Workflow Analysis and Design, Process Analysis and Design,
and Object Oriented methodology. His experience with nTier application architecture and development has been
vital to VenueSoft as well as his ability to manage multiple large scale projects.
Michael Shinn
Director of Customer Relations
Michael Shinn is the Director of Customer Relations for VenueSoft and brings over 18 years of law enforcement
experience as well as a strong background in aerospace engineering and accounting. He was a Special Agent for
the United States Department of the Treasury for 10 years before becoming a Police Officer with the Oakland Police
Department. Michael has extensive experience in conducting financial investigations as well as managing undercover
investigations. As the Assistant Team Leader for the Special Response Team (SRT), Michael was responsible for planning
tactical operations, overseeing dignitary protection details, and providing security for undercover operatives in
high-risk environments.
Michael has also worked in the field of Systems Engineering in the development of military night vision systems while
employed by a major U.S. defense contractor. He excels in the ability to coordinate the efforts of multiple
organizations in order to achieve a common goal. His attention to detail ensures that systems integration issues are
resolved quickly and efficiently. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from San Francisco State
University.
